    This is more about correlating logs about higher level events, such as certain task completions etc, mapped to lower level diagnostics data. One example could be correlating new tenant provisioning events, and its correlation with the CPU usage on the related roles. So it is more relevant with the particular applicaiton requirements and its implementation. It makes more sense to provide a functionality at the application level, for the example above, rather than providing support for such a scenario out of a framework such as EntLib.
